A year has just zoomed past.. Christmas is approaching once again.. Isn't it amazing??
As the remaining months usher in Christmas, it is my hope that everyone finds a bit of time to reflect on the happenings in our lives, to give thanks for all the good and bad things that has taken place and to think about the lessons we're suppose to learn from these experiences.
And in the hustling and bustling world, find time to ask ourselves if we are living the way we aspire to live; is there something we can do to bring us closer to that aspired way of life?
Is it time to stop for a breather and make time to find ourselves?
Christmas is my favourite time of the year. My perfect Christmas is white..
I had the joys of spending that kind of a christmas 7 years ago in Arizona, USA.
I remember opening my eyes to snow fall and it was just amazing!
Red is my favourite color (yes surprise, surprise..no it isn't black!) and reds along with greens are my idea of Christmas colors.. For the longest time I've wanted to make the White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookie cos it represents everything christmas-y to me.
This year has been hectic.. I was tempted to skip the Christmas baking..but baking has always given me so much joy! In addition to the older treats: Triple-Choco Cookie & Spicy Oatmeal Cookie as well as the Light Fruit Cake, I am sharing with you some new recipes: White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookie, Butter Snow Flakes, Caramel filled Chocolate Cookie & last but not least, Dark Fruit Cake.
I hope you'll enjoy them.
